First of all, her personality is go with the flow. She’s very flexible, understanding, approachable and adaptable to the client and situation. No two clients are the same. I’ve been so impressed seeing her approach to every single project. The most notable difference with Brittany is her attention to detail. Other stagers I’ve worked with just put furniture in the home, trying to occupy the space and distract buyers. Brittany is very methodical in her process, she pays attention to the colors of the room. For example I had a home with a light pink formal living room, she used furniture to mute out the color. It turned out amazing. Another property she tied little accents from the backsplash into the living room. It was absolutely amazing and she could easily be a designer for a restoration hardware photo shoot. All I can say is, you get what you pay for. She’s not the cheapest stager I’ve worked with but she’s certainly the best in the business. I could throw any project at her from $80,000 to $800,000 and I know she would be worth 10x what she charges. Because I’ve seen it first hand. All 3 houses have sold for way more than they would sell for without staging. I’m talking easily $25,000 (1 sold for $44,100 over asking, another $39,035 over asking).
